✅ What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant experience (around 8 years preferred)
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM design, development & implementation
• Hands-on experience: EIB, Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework
• Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom Fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
• Leads and manages functional process/design and release management
