Workday Techno-Functional Consultant – Time Tracking & Absence | Hybrid

LogicaCloud is hiring a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Time Tracking and Absence Management!

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on Workday Time Tracking & Absence module configuration (Time Off plans, accruals, eligibility rules, time entry)
• Experience with time calculation groups, work schedules, and period schedules
• Workday reporting, calculated fields & dashboards for Time & Absence analytics
• Agile delivery experience: sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing cycles
• Knowledge of labor laws, overtime rules, and leave entitlement policies
