🎯 Role Overview:

• Design compensation processes and support annual merit cycles
• Ensure system accuracy and data integrity
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver effective compensation solutions

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Compensation components including Compensation Plans (Merit, Bonus, Stock, Allowances)
• Manage Eligibility Rules and Guidelines
• Support end-to-end Compensation processes
