📋 Requirements:

• Strong Production Support background with exposure to Level 2 production support tasks
• Hands-on experience in Workday production control tasks
• Experience resolving Integration-related issues, Jobs, and Alerts
• Knowledge of Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connector, Payroll, Security, Business Process, Calculated Fields, Data Sources, Web Services, XML, and XSLT
• 3–5 years of overall experience
