Role Summary

Workday Extend Developers/Consultants design, build, and deploy custom applications within the Workday platform using Workday Extend. They partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to extend Workday functionality beyond delivered features, ensuring alignment with business requirements while maintaining Workday’s security, compliance, and user experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend (Workday Cloud Platform).


• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify business needs that require extended Workday functionality.


• Build user-friendly apps, dashboards, and custom objects to enhance Workday HCM and Financials processes.


• Configure and maintain custom business processes, security roles, and validations within Workday Extend.

Skills & Competencies
