Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the development of specific integrations within a collaborative environment that upholds values of Knowledge, Openness, and Transparency.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and new functionalities related to the Workday product to ensure our solutions remain innovative and effective.
- Independently and collaboratively define requirements and develop robust integration solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Conduct discovery and design sessions with functional teams to gather requirements effectively and ensure alignment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, and Workday Studio.
- Develop complex reports as necessary for integrations and provide ongoing testing and support to maintain system integrity.
- Facilitate communication between business partners and project teams to refine requirements and achieve project goals in line with long-term Roadmaps.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in writing Technical Design/Specifications, Development, End-to-end testing of integrations, and Support.
- Proficiency in Workday Integrations including APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker, and other relevant areas such as Benefits.
- Solid understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
- Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on timeliness and quality.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to raise pertinent questions within the team.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex problems and ideas effectively.
