Internship Description: LogicaCloud is currently looking for a Human Resources Intern
About The Internship:
  • Sourcing and screening the CVs which match the required skillset of the client
  • Taking telephonic and FTF interviews with managers
  • Maintaining Trackers/MIS
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting Coordinating and scheduling for daily line-ups and ensuring the positions are closed in the defined TAT (turnaround time)
  • Head Hunting from different online portals. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards,careers pages and social networks
  • Coordination and handling accounts of multiple clients
Eligibility:
  • Must have good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be comfortable talking to new people
  • Must be able to analyse and judge the candidates for appropriate roles
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs

Job Description:
  • Minimum 7+ years of Workday Functional experience
  • Core HCM mandatory and expertise in one of the modules Absence, Talent, or Benefits. Ability to design, build, test and deploy Workday HCM solutions.
  • Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management.
  • Participate in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Core HCM module, providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements, performing system design and configuration, creating test plans, conducting testing, and providing post implementation support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Core HCM related matters and involve in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the Production and other environments like Sandbox etc, and establish a well-controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Provide end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training to enhance and optimize Workday Core HCM processes.
  • Design and maintain system configuration, including Supervisory Organization, Custom Organizations, Location, Pay group etc.

If you are passionate about cloud technologies, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions for various projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, ensuring the automation of provisioning, scaling, and management of cloud resources.
  • Deploy Docker containers on virtual machines, manage container orchestration platforms, and optimize container-based applications for efficiency and performance.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment, testing, and monitoring using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery of applications, ensuring streamlined development workflows.

Qualifications:
