About the Role

Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes through technology? We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support our Workday Supply Chain module and related applications including Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, and NiceLabel.

What You’ll Do

• Support and troubleshoot Workday Supply Chain modules.
• Resolve issues related to warehouse receipts and packing slip print servers.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants to drive solutions.
• Lead and participate in Workday enhancement implementations.
• Drive supply chain process improvements and system upgrades.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Supply Chain expertise.
• Experience with Requisition, Procurement, and Invoice flows.
• Proven track record managing diverse stakeholders (Operations, Warehouse, Procurement).
• Strong O&M experience: Access Requests, Incidents, Enhancements, Projects.
• Active participation in Workday bi-annual upgrades.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with marketplace applications (GHX/Prodigo).
• Knowledge of ParEx systems.
• Understanding of Workday Integrations and EIB troubleshooting.
• Workday Finance knowledge.
