Are you a Workday SCM specialist who loves solving complex business challenges? Do you enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and driving process excellence? This role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support critical Workday Supply Chain modules alongside applications like Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, and NiceLabel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting hospital warehouse operations.
• Lead project initiatives for Workday enhancements and process improvements.
• Work closely with vendors and consultants on technical solutions.
• Champion system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of substantial Workday SCM experience.
• Expertise in Requisition, Procurement, and Invoice management.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement functions.
• Solid O&M background managing Access Requests, Incidents, and Enhancement requests.
• Experience with Workday’s bi-annual upgrade process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace platforms (GHX, Prodigo).
• Knowledge of ParEx systems.
• Strong grasp of Workday Integrations and EIB processes.
• Workday Finance module familiarity.
